The Brake Beaver Stud Sucker is a heavy duty stud cleaner designed to clean the lug stud threads and well as the hub mating surface. This tool is designed with internal and external abrasives to tackle the dirtiest of hubs and studs. Using this tool effectively will help with proper mating of the Brake Beaver OTL-360 to the hub while machining, and proper wheel torquing once mounting the wheel assemblies back on to the hub.
Attach the StudSucker to any power driven tool (pneumatic, electric or battery) capable of accepting a ½” square drive. Maximum 4000 RPM.
Align the large diameter slots on the Stud Sucker cleaning head with the head of the retaining bolts.
Rotate clockwise after contacting the bottom of the Stud Sucker Cleaning Head with the face of the body.
Align, push down, and rotate clockwise to lock in place.
Curl replacement inner cleaning brush to form a tube.
Push replacement brush into the main tool body.
Align ends of the brush with the anti-rotate pin.
